What do you like most?
RMS is a clever, powerful, adaptable program. Whenever there is a problem, they offer phone support which is friendly, fast, patient and efficient. There has never been any issue which their support staff have not been able to sort out speedily.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe the drop down menu on the credit card details could have the numbers of the months, as per on credit cards themselves, rather than the names of the months. This is a minor detail though.
