What do you like most?
We like Exely because it makes managing our hotel’s online bookings much easier. The system is convenient for managing rates and availability, and it helps us keep information updated across different booking channels. The Booking Engine is also useful for receiving direct reservations from our website. When we have questions, the support team is quick to respond and helps us resolve issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the reporting section could be improved. It would be useful to have more detailed and flexible reports with clearer information about bookings, revenue and channel performance. This would help us analyze our results faster and make better decisions about our rates and sales.
