What do you like most?
PriceLabs has made dynamic pricing manageable across our portfolio. The customization options are deep: minimum stay rules, orphan day pricing, last-minute discounts, and seasonal adjustments can all be set at the portfolio or listing level. The market dashboards give us useful insight into local demand and competitor pricing, which helps us make faster decisions. It integrates smoothly with our channel manager, and support has been responsive when we've had questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With this many settings and overrides, it can sometimes take a minute (for non-technical people) to fully understand each rule that is shaping the final price. A simple breakdown (popup) of how each customization affects the rate would be a nice addition, especially when managing a larger portfolio.
