What do you like most?
Reservation engine designed to convert visitors into direct bookings. Not focused on reducing dependence on OTAs, helping hotels sell through their own channel. Websites and digital experience integrated with sales strategy. And also in revenue/marketing data and tools to optimize results.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An improvement I would consider for Paraty Tech would be to make the user experience simpler and more intuitive, especially in managing the various tools. For example, gathering the most important metrics, direct bookings, conversion, revenue, campaigns, and reservation engine performance in a single dashboard.
