Clarity and user-friendliness as well as customer support are excellent. The ability to make bookings almost perfectly on a smartphone is a big advantage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With the current state, I find the hotel software excellent. Perhaps the use of the software on smartphones or tablets could be made a bit more extensive. I have no further suggestions for improvement. Thank you very much.
