What do you like most?
As a small independent hotel, we needed a simple solution that covers the essentials without overcomplicating our day. RMS Lite from hotellab does exactly that. It gives us a clear view of our market, with competitor rate monitoring and demand forecasting that help us understand where our prices stand. It has been especially useful for balancing business and group travel during the week with FIT guests on weekends, two very different demand patterns that we used to price mostly by feel. The recommendations are easy to understand. The team was also very approachable and took the time to understand how a city hotel like ours works.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, the main work right now is on our side. We are still getting a better understanding of our positioning in the market and refining our pricing strategy, and hotellab is helping us build that picture step by step. As we grow more confident with the data, we look forward to making even better use of the tool. The team has been very supportive along the way.
