What do you like most?
As someone who prefers to stay fully in control of pricing decisions, I've found Hotellab's tools genuinely useful for that hands-on approach. The custom pricing views, rate validation alerts, and demand forecasting give me the granular visibility I need to make fast decisions. The team has also been very responsive during our ongoing training and setup refinements.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We're still fine-tuning the synchronization between our channel manager and PMS rate codes. As the platform continues to mature, I'd welcome additional automation capabilities tailored to power users like myself. (or something about the Restrictions module).
