(1) Cloud-base system which easy to access anywhere and anytime (2) Good tech support team with reasonable turn-around time for service issues. (3) Good UX design

(1) The system stability has been an issue this year. Seems getting worse. (2) A mobile APP version for operator would be very useful (3) Printing feature is NOT good
