What do you like most?
First of all, I would like to say that I am extremely satisfied with RoomPriceGenie. I think it is a very powerful and well designed revenue management tool that has helped us a lot.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One feature I would really love to see in the future is the ability for the system to automatically set or at least recommend minimum length of stay restrictions, as well as closed to arrival (CTA) and closed to departure (CTD) restrictions. I believe that by analyzing occupancy, demand, and booking patterns, RoomPriceGenie could identify opportunities where these restrictions would increase occupancy, reduce gaps between bookings, and ultimately improve revenue. Additionally, it would be great if the system could take into account or allow us to define the discounts that guests receive on different platforms (for example Booking.com Genius program or similar), so that pricing recommendations better reflect the actual net revenue. Even if the system only suggested these restrictions and allowed the user to approve them manually, it would be a very valuable addition. Overall, I think this feature would make an already excellent product even stronger.
