What do you like most?
Preno reservation system is very easy to operarte for us. There are lots of functions like the assignment for housekeeping, bills from different department and both of them are very easy to use and they way their functions being designed save lots of time. And they do have very good report for the finance department. Good choice to have Preno.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If the Preno system could support us for the paperless check in it would be great! If Preno could provide the seasonal training even by the vedio course.
