What do you like most?
Technical experience is good for resolving issues with the computer or printer. That’s the only good thing I can say about this company.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When you have a technical problem, the service is great, but when it comes to billing, it is an act of Congress to talk to anyone, and there is no number to be able to call and speak to a human. Worst company to have a billing dispute with and be able to actually speak to someone to help resolve the issue.
