What do you like most?
We use Viato for our hotel The Business Loft in Wolfsburg and are very satisfied with the system. The platform is well structured and makes it easy to manage multiple rate structures and booking channels while keeping a clear overview. What stands out the most is the support – fast, competent and solution-oriented. Especially during the setup phase, this has been extremely valuable for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system already covers most daily needs very well. Some minor interface optimizations and additional automation options could further improve efficiency in daily operations. Overall, the current setup is already very reliable and practical.
