What do you like most?
Even as a small pension, I found the system extremely helpful and easy to use. The Resort Rate Shopper is a standout feature, it allowed me to quickly identify my competitors’ length of stay (LOS) strategies and adjust mine accordingly. This gave me much better control over my pricing and availability. Overall, pricing decisions became much easier and more confident, saving me time while improving my revenue strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system works very well overall, but it could be even better with more customization options tailored specifically for smaller properties. Some features feel more designed for larger hotels, so simplifying certain workflows or offering “light” versions of tools would make it even more user-friendly for small pensions.
