What do you like most?
We have been working with Exely for almost 5 years, and throughout this time we have been very satisfied with both the product and the support we receive. What we particularly appreciate is that Exely is constantly developing and improving. New tools and features are regularly introduced, and the team genuinely listens to our feedback and suggestions. It is great to see that our ideas and requests are taken into consideration in product development. Our account managers (Artsvik, Mane) and the support team are always responsive, professional, and ready to help. The support is fast and effective, and we always feel that our questions and concerns are taken seriously. After almost five years of cooperation, Exely has become a reliable technology partner for our business. We truly appreciate the team and look forward to continuing our partnership and seeing Exely grow even further.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main area we would like to see further improved is the PMS, making it even more flexible and convenient for daily operations. It would also be great to see more OTA and distribution channels added, for example VRBO, to make channel management even more comprehensive. Most of the other suggestions and requests we have raised over the years have already been addressed, which we really appreciate.
