What do you like most?
We have been using the Exely Channel Manager and Booking Engine for a couple of years now and really enjoy using them. The platform runs smoothly and is very user-friendly. Their support team is quick and helpful. The booking engine is an incredibly useful tool for driving direct website bookings, allowing us to create flexible promotions and customize rate plans to match our strategies. I would highly recommend Exely to any hotel, especially those with a large inventory like ours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have no complaints about the tools, and our goal is to keep growing our website bookings. It would be fantastic if they could consider introducing marketing campaigns or activities to help us promote our website further.
