As usual great customer service: knowledgeable, prompt, professional and low to none waiting times. Issues always resolved in a timely manner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Rooms currently marked as Dirty are being auto-assigned. This issue should be rectified to prevent departments that are not staffed 24/7 from encountering avoidable operational problems and unpleasant situations as a result.
