What do you like most?
Cloudbeds helps reduce a lot of manual work compared with our previous process. The system is not difficult to learn, and I was able to understand most functions by myself. The available tutorial videos are also useful when I get stuck.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Payment setup is one area where I think more guidance would help. It is not always possible to complete everything by ourselves, and sometimes we need someone from the team to assist with the setup before customers can make payments.
