What do you like most?
At Orient Star Varakhsha Bukhara we especially value the Booking Engine from Exely. This module allowed us to automate sales on the official website and significantly increase the share of direct bookings, reducing dependence on third-party channels. The system works stably, the interface is intuitively clear for guests, and the support service always promptly helps with rate settings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to see deeper analytics in the mobile app, in order to track the hotel's occupancy dynamics even faster and change prices on the go.
