What do you like most?
I particularly appreciate the excellent customer support and the ease of the platform. The ability to map and connect everything efficiently, while having rates and inventory flow seamlessly across the system, makes the overall experience straightforward and effective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area I would like to see improved within the channel manager is greater visibility and detail when adjusting and distributing rates. It would be beneficial to clearly see the rates being applied, the corresponding dates, and the final rate being pushed to each channel. In particular, when a multiplier is applied, I would like the system to display both the original rate and the final rate after the multiplier has been calculated. Having this level of detail readily available would make it much easier to verify rate accuracy before distribution and reduce the risk of pricing discrepancies across channels.
