What do you like most?
It's a modern and flexible system. Likewise, the look and feel is very good, and it's easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The support team should include specialists who understand not only how Cloudbeds' distribution configuration works, but also how major OTAs like Booking.com, Hostelworld, Expedia, and Desepgar operate. This way, when mapping needs to be configured, they can guide and advise us on the best approach in an integrated manner. For example, we've sometimes encountered conflicting information: Cloudbeds tells us the problem lies with the OTA, while the OTA tells us the problem originates from the PMS.
