What do you like most?
Firstly, you guys have a mobile app which is super convenience when I am unable to open my laptop. Secondly, the system is a user friendly - easy to understand even you are not familiar with the system. Lastly, SiteMinder is one of the most famous system so it's convenience for us to setup the things with partners.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system should allow the user to setup the room type name freely. Even though your support team is able to assist us, but we preferred doing it by ourselves.
