What do you like most?
As head of eCommerce, I use Paraty Tech for uploading rates, creating promotions, and configuring promotional codes. It's a very intuitive and easy-to-learn tool, which allows for efficient and agile management of the booking engine. I especially appreciate the support from the Paraty Tech team: their assistance is attentive, personalized, and always focused on finding solutions. Furthermore, they are very open to developing specific improvements focused on booking conversion, which has been key to optimizing our results.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this time we have no further comments; the tool adequately meets our current needs and we will continue to evaluate its performance.
