What do you like most?
Has increased our ADR by $100/night for each room type for this year vs last year as we have a lot of rate leakage last year. We don't have a full time person to monitor rates so we we had lots of missed opportunities. We still need to check rate leakage but have already seen a huge increase in ADR and we can just check it every now and then.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our reports are not currently available through the Preno PMS. We would also like the ability to compare our rates by room type against competitors’ equivalent room types.
