What do you like most?
Little Hotelier is very easy to use and ideal for small hotels or boutique properties. The booking engine, channel manager, and calendar are all integrated in one place, which saves a lot of time. The interface is clean and intuitive, making daily operations like managing reservations and rates very straightforward.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some advanced features are limited compared to larger PMS systems. The reporting tools could be more detailed, especially for revenue and performance insights. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for guest communication templates
