What do you like most?
Key benefits we've seen from the Goki system: 1. It helps us with housekeeping efficiency. 2. It eliminates the need for housekeepers to carry physical keys. 3. Guest response has been very highly recommended. 4. Having locks instead of keys saves us money compared to losing and cutting new physical keys. Overall, the system is efficient and secure.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For areas of improvement, I mentioned the occasional downgrade in the Wi-Fi connection and that the system sometimes fails to create the 4-digit code.
