What do you like most?
We use eviivo across 70 different properties in Bristol - and the support from the staff is great, the user interface is easy and simple to navigate and use. The ability to add users from other departments, arrange Housekeeping, have external third parties log-in with their own information and only have access to the level of detail which you would like them to have, is incredibly useful and allows us to be open and transparent with our clients, whilst remaining stringent and compliant with data protection across the board. They have implemented new features and changes throughout our 5 years using eviivo and they always ask for advice and opinions on what would be beneficial and what would not. They have various different teams; onboarding, customer support, marketing, and I have come across all of these within my time of dealing with eviivo and every one of the teams has been very helpful, supportive, and knowledgable. I feel like eviivo has always supported Host360, Clifton Short lets, Quarter Short Lets, and all of the Hotels within our group and the eviivo has allowed us to grow our managed portfolio to expand with out the need to employ too many more staff and the systems in place have allowed this transition to be seamless and without hassle.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Potentially some of the reports could be improved as we have lots of properties within the group, but this is simply a personal preference and not a system fault or problem! This is something which would improve and already good system and just make our accounting and analysis a little more thorough. The good thing here though, is I feel like I have the relationship with eviivo to be able to bring these to their attention, and they rectify and explain things whenever it is needed and addressed professionally. Even in recent times, eviivo have brought in extras and additions to the Reporting section, by making them more precise and adding taxes, VAT, net and growth changes to enhance these - but I feel we could go even further with the analysis side of things!
