What do you like most?
It makes the check in easier specially when we have a lot of arrivals on the same day, also on high occupancy we can contact guest in advance in order to inform them that they can check in earlier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Application for the hotel instead of using website it will help us, like example once we need to answer the guest we should sign in again and again.
