What do you like most?
OTA Sync significantly streamlines our reservation management by integrating all booking channels into one clear and intuitive platform. The booking engine is fast, mobile-friendly, and helps us reduce manual work and overbooking risks. We especially appreciate the quick load time, smooth synchronization with OTAs, and the ability to increase conversion through a simple and transparent booking process for guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful to have more advanced customization options within the booking engine, especially regarding design and branding to better match the hotel website. Additionally, introducing more detailed reporting and analytics tools would make revenue tracking and performance insights even easier for hotel management.
