We have an integration with HotelSync, and the process was extremely straightforward and easy. The feedback that we got from some of our partners using their solution is positive, and we encourage our new clients who are struggling to find an easy-to-implement PMS to use HotelSync.

Many platforms have too many options and the staff gets confused, but HotelSync keeps everything simple and fast. Also, the connection between departments is very strong. They are also the only company working with Qreadible, which makes them forward-thinking innovators.

They offer local support and a wide range of integrations to comply with regulatory issues in each country and payment gateways adapted to your booking engine. It offers integrations with RMS, payment automation with rules that are defined for each sales channel and a GUEST APP to perform Online Check-in, make sales of extra services and answer frequently asked questions.
