As an additional system enhancement, or a future update, I would suggest introducing an internal accounting connection. More specifically, it would be highly beneficial to develop an internal accounting module within the system itself.
Such a module would significantly simplify the work of accountants as well as hoteliers, by centralizing financial data and directly linking it to reservations and revenue. Although there are existing integrations with external accounting systems, my proposal is for HotelSink to develop its own internal accounting solution, fully tailored to the needs of the hospitality industry.

We've been using Ota sync in our hostel for quite a while now and what we all appreciate the most is how easy, clean looking, practical and intuitive the system is. Even people who have never worked with similar systems can learn is very fast. The phone version is also great.

Honestly there's nothing I'd change. The system is already great and very customisable. Maybe if i have to suggest something it would only be that dark theme on PC version could use some aesthetic work but it's not necessary.
