What do you like most?
Initially, they asked me to leave a positive review, and I did. But over time, we’ve encountered more and more issues. The app is extremely buggy and frequently sends guests incorrect information, even after multiple updates on the admin panel. Although they claim to support multiple brands, the system doesn’t handle them properly and often mixes up the information. The custom email tool produces unattractive emails and always messes up the design after saved. And finally, the customer support is slow to respond when we need timely assistance. We even tried to cancel our contract a few months before renewal, but were told that the contract automatically renews for another 2 years and that we are obligated to remain with them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More reliable app performance with fewer bugs. Accurate handling of multi-brand setups without mixing information. A better email builder. Faster and more proactive customer service. A clearer, fairer contract and cancellation policy.
