What do you like most?
A key highlight of myCloud PMS is its ability to consolidate multiple platforms into a single, user-friendly interface. Whether managing reservations, guest information, or billing, everything is streamlined in one easy-to-navigate system. Users appreciate the simplicity, especially those without extensive front desk experience. It's accessible, intuitive, and, most importantly, effective. Also thanks to Mr. Sreejith R for support when we facing any type of issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the bulk update feature is a huge timesaver, there’s room for improvement when it comes to data uploads. Being able to upload data directly from an Excel sheet would make bulk updates even more efficient.
