What do you like most?
We have been using this Hotel PMS for our property and it has been an excellent experience. The system is very user friendly and makes daily front desk operations smooth and fast. Check in and check out process is simple and saves a lot of time for our staff. Reservations, payments, and room management are well organized in one platform. The reporting features are very helpful for tracking performance and making decisions. Customer support is responsive, professional, and always ready to help when needed. The software runs reliably without any major issues or downtime. It has improved our overall efficiency and guest service experience. I highly recommend this PMS to any hotel owner looking for a strong and dependable system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. Mobile app experience • Mobile version can be faster and more user friendly. 2. Speed / performance • Sometimes system feels a little slow during peak time. 3. Reports • More customizable reports would be helpful. 4. Training videos • Add more step by step training videos for new staff. 5. Customer support timings • Expand support hours or provide faster response in weekends. 6. Integrations • More direct integrations with OTAs and channel manager. 7. Bulk edits • Add bulk update options (rates, rooms, availability). 8. User permissions • More detailed role based access control for staff.
