What do you like most?
Preno’s booking engine is a beast! We’ve seen a huge drop in OTA reliance thanks to its easy customization and seamless integration with our website. The automated guest communications (emails, SMS) make check-ins smoother, and the housekeeping module keeps everything organized. Plus, the Xero sync makes accounting painless.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Occasional lag during peak check-in/out times. Some features require extra clicks to access. It’s not perfect—there’s a slight learning curve—but once you’re set up, it runs like a dream.
