What do you like most?
What we love most is its remarkable compatibility with various hotel PMS systems, particularly our own, Suite8. The seamless integration has made our workflow incredibly efficient. The app is exceptionally user-friendly, which saves a tremendous amount of time for both our staff and, most importantly, our guests. It allows us to resolve guest issues faster through its live chat feature and provides a simple way to offer additional services, both free and paid. Beyond the technology, the people behind this solution are a real joy to work with. Their team is proactive, always offering new ideas and providing exceptional support to help us implement them. It's clear that they are deeply invested in our success. HotelBuddy is more than just an app; it's a true partnership.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While we are incredibly impressed with the seamless functionality of HotelBuddy's keyless solution—especially its ability to work with our existing locks—we do feel there is one area for potential improvement: its affordability. The feature itself is amazing and solves a major pain point for our hotel, but the cost is quite on the pricey side. We would be thrilled to see a more accessible pricing model for this solution, as it would make this fantastic technology a more viable option for a wider range of properties.
