What do you like most?
I've been working in the hotel industry for a long time, so I've dealt extensively with specific software and am familiar with all the problems that can arise from the many options available. A multitude of programs often makes the job more difficult. Hotel-Spider surprised me with *the simple software interface (user-friendliness)* the very competent and fast support (best point)* the staff can often simplify the complexity and really help. No great technical understanding is required here. As a marketing manager, I also love the many possibilities opened up by the Hotel-Spider booking engine. I see satisfaction at the reception, and this is reflected at all levels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my opinion, there are no suggestions for improvement in any of the areas where I use Hotel-Spider. I'm not familiar with all the features Hotel-Spider offers, and I don't have the time to attend trade fairs and the like to learn more. I simply have to get in touch with Hotel-Spider to generate even more performance here.
