What do you like most?
Easy to use captive portal builder, and campaigns management.. Wavertech makes it simple to manage guest WiFi. The captive portal builder is very easy to customize, and the campaign manager helps me stay connected with visitors through email and discount coupons. The hardware is reliable and works with my existing UniFi access points.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system is already excellent, but more pre-made templates for the captive portal would save even more time. I would also love to see deeper integrations with PMS systems for hotels, so guest data can sync automatically.
