What do you like most?
-We manage our entire property with InnKeepers. If we have any questions or a problem comes up they are extremely responsive. When I need to do something that isn't in our normal operations they are only a phone call away to help show me how to do something or develop something that will meet our needs. They are extremely patient and help me understand how to do things and where to find things to improve the operations of my property. When we needed to add additional room inventory, they walked me through getting the additional rooms set up, tied into the booking engine, tied into our remote lock system. They made appropriate recommendations for revenue management and increased revenues. We changed our locks a couple years ago to software driven wifi locks and they were there during the conversion every step of the way and went as far as reaching out to the vendor for us when we were having difficulties getting in touch with technical support. The ability to control my system from my mobile phone and manage my property from anywhere makes it extremely easy to manage reservations, control room blocks with fast load time. Our guests love the ease of checkin through the software. Room assignments are easy to manage and adjust from within the calendar or in the reservation itself. They developed a report center with all (plus some) the reports I need to monitor my property and ensure it is running as efficiently as possible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Moving the confirmation drop down closer to the top of the page would help my staff remember to confirm bookings. The only other thing I can think of that would be really helpful to managing the small retail portion of our business would be an inventory management module to track inventory of items sold without needing to maintain a separate inventory spreadsheet.
