What do you like most?
The training didn't help me grasp the incredibly simple way the LH structure works—I wasted months trying to force a square peg into a round hole and getting everything mixed up. But the people at LH are amazing—Kath, Kate, thank you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A better translation, and replacing the chatbots with humans—since these poorly trained bots only waste our time, and time is exactly what we tourism workers lack.
