What do you like most?
The support team is quick and genuinely helpful. Whenever we have a rate or availability issue, they respond fast and usually resolve it the same day, so our OTA channels stay in sync and we avoid overbookings. That reliability is what I value most.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall we're happy with the product and it meets our needs well. There isn't anything major I'd change right now, though like any tool there's always small room for refinement over time.
