What do you like most?
Proposal functionality allows me to send quotations instantly & Marketing Mail campaigns allow for top-of-mind for agents and guests. Not being reliant on OTA's. Mail campaign reporting is great to see what campaigns work and the results achieved. The AI helper is great, 95% of the time it answers my questions or directs me to the correct knowledge base article.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Expand the Channel Manager functionality to include GDS & other API connectivity. As an SA-based lodge, connections to SA OTA's should also be included in the Channel Manager. Have a "Suggestion Box" in the Suite for ideas for improvements. As a user, occasionally, when using the Suite, an idea comes to mind. If there were a suggestion box, this could be centralized at the support level, and if the support/development team sees the same idea being brought up can be investigated and possibly developed. Make your properties dashboard customizable, ie add an arrivals, departures, and in-house block for quick searching. Reintroduce the webinars from the beginning of the year for updates. I know there are notifications, but let's be honest: how many people actually read through the entire update?
