What do you like most?
We have been using Cloudbeds for quite a long time for our hostel business in Koh Tao. The Reservations part is easy to understand, especially when checking arrivals, departures, and room availability. For a small property, it makes the daily front desk work quite manageable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile application is not something we use very often. If it could allow us to create a new Reservation directly from the phone, it would be much more useful when staff are not at the front desk.
