What do you like most?
Having all these messages from our different communication and social channels into one spot is so great and helpful. It saves us so much time. Secondly, Bookboost is super easy to navigate and understand, it doesn't require much explanation. This is especially useful for new onboarding staff. Another great feature is the ability to use our own template answers - it is so easy to add new ones or edit already existing templates. The ability to assign conversations to specific colleagues is not often used in our company, but is very useful when this occurs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The look is a bit outdated, it could be improved. And I miss certain opportunities, such as searching in past messages and blocking certain IDs (based on info such as email address, phone number, IP address). Because occasionally we get spam, not much though, but especially AI spam is hard to repel (they keep on sending messages, even if we stop answering).
