What do you like most?
For many years, Profitroom has been responsible for our extensive presence in e-commerce, managing SEO and all online campaigns for Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA&SPORT. The cooperation between the companies and the understanding of shared goals has allowed us to achieve a 95% share of direct bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting system. I realize that the tools used by PR are external tools; however, the reliability of the data presented during weekly meetings must be beyond question. Moreover, in an era of changing market conditions, it is important that the client feels that Profitroom is not just up-to-date but decisively ahead in terms of knowledge and predictions compared to our internal resources.
