What do you like most?
The AI feature is the aspect I find most valuable. The ability to turn the AI on or off as needed makes it especially effective, allowing it to be used when additional support is required. This feature works in collaboration with the Front Desk to better assist guests. When Front Desk staff are unable to respond immediately, the AI steps in to provide timely information based on what it has learned from the Front Desk, ensuring guests still receive prompt and accurate assistance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improve the auto detection of other senders to avoid AI chat bots having never ending conversations with each other. On occasion companies who stay use their company number which is also set up with AI Chat bots.
