What do you like most?
The service was shut down without prior notice in the middle of peak season, even though payment had been set up for direct debit days earlier and confirmed by them. They cannot afford to make mistakes that negatively impact a hotel's revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We need better support. They cut off our service 5 days before the deadline despite us having correctly set up the direct debit payment.
