What do you like most?
Account Manager is great and customer support is helpful when I get them on the line. But, if i could re-choose a software provider for my hotel I would NOT choose roommaster cloud.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Interface is very outdated, not intuitive and SLOW. Customer Support wait time on my last three calls has ranged between 25-40 minutes for simple help, even at non-peak hours. Once I'm on the line with support, they are very helpful but the wait time is terrible!
