What do you like most?
Pricepoint was our first RMS, so we didn't have previous experience to compare it to. We did do a lot of analysis of features before selecting it. I guess the best review we can do is that over the last few years we had a few demos with other RMS, but none were able to sway us from Pricepoint. We've been more than satisfied.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Surely, in the age of AI this feature will come to be, but I'd say more automation in regard to annual price setup with the ability to automatically pick up annual event dates.
