What do you like most?
The thing I love most about price point is their reliable and consistent support managing our rates. Any adjustments or issues I have with rates, have been answered or solved within a few short hours, sometimes even minutes. The support team is incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly! Anyone looking for stress free and hands-off rate management are in good hands if they choose to work with price point!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There isn't much about price point I don't like or think could improve. The only thing I can think of is; if you need to make an incremental adjustment to a specific room type within a parent group it can get a little tricky to do on your own. This could definitely be user error on my part and it could be very simple for others to figure out, just my experience, but again the support team was quick to act and fixed my mistakes in no time and everything was exactly as I wanted it to be!
