What do you like most?
Spabooker provides a solid solution for spa management, particularly in terms of reservations, daily operations and customer management. The ongoing developments in customer profiles, data management, performance reports and statistics are very positive and will help us better understand the business and make decisions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be useful to have a clearer distinction between bookings made through external guests and bookings generated directly by Hotel guests (per segment) in the calendar and with separate reports and statistics for each. We would also like to have reports and performance treatment statistics by brand to better compare results and analyze business performance. Another useful improvement would be the possibility to customize category names and adapt the system to our spa’s specific organization. Reports should also be available directly by treatment, without having to open a general report and search for the treatment we are looking for. Further improvements, customer loyalty and business analysis would also be welcome. We look forward to discovering more new features and updates from SpaBooker. Thank you!
