What do you like most?
Definitely have one of the best customer support team I've worked with. Diego Vasquez who is a sales rep still checks in with me to this day, even though we already have had multiple hotels with SiteMinder these past few months. They also have a 24/7 chat support that has great technical support staff like Ravi. There channel management system is easy to learn, and they have an amazing mobile app as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Booking engine is great, but I would definitely appreciate further modernization. It also would be fantastic if they had "one time use" promo codes, or discounted offers that work only once. When we try and provide a guest with a promo code it discounts the rate inputted DAILY, which is not ideal.
